Grant Baldwin Wins Georgia State Time Trial Championship!!!

On what he described as a "punchy" State Time Trial Championship course, Grant Baldwin continued to dominate in this specialized discipline and won the State Jersey. With over 1100 feet of ascencion across 21+ miles Grant laid down a pace that could not be matched by many let alone those competing against him in his Masters 35-39 age group. Preparations are in full swing for this year's edition of the Cherokee County Road Race scheduled for Saturday 06/05. We have a full schedule of races and a generous purse with $4000 in cash and prizes set aside for competitors. Make plans to come out and race through some of North Georgia's most beautiful horse country on a 16.5 mile ocasionally "toothy" course full of twists, turns, ups and downs. NGCA-ATLRoof.com Host Historic Roswell "All Smiles"

On a gorgeous Sunday in April members of NGCA-ATLroof.com worked from sun up to well after sun down organizing and hosting the Historic Roswell Criterium. In addition to running the event, many members couldn't help themselves and went out to race for their team colors. Alexis Brown (pictured above, photo compliments of Michael Desmond) of NGCA-ATLroof.com's elite women's squad showed she could mix some pleasure with the tough business of competing against professional bike racers in the Women's Pro1,2 field.  Eric May also wowed audiences with his willingness to tough out well over an hour in a men's Pro 1,2 race that had national implications. Congratulations to all of our competitors and a heartfelt thank to all event volunteers! See you all in 2011!
