Eddie Hsu Podiums at Cycle for Parkinsons!!!!

Contributing to Travis Neumeller's chase for the points lead in the Georgia Cycling Grand Prix on Saturday 06/27 at the Cycle for Parkinsons Road Race, Eddie Hsu was well supported by his Cat 4 teammates in an effort that landed him in 3rd place at the Cycle for Parkinsons criterium on Sunday 06/28. Congratulations also goes to Kitty Wickes for her 2nd place finish on Saturday and a top 5 finish Sunday!!!

TEAM CYCLEWORKS P/B HDR CONTINUES TO WIN TITLES!!!!!!

 

Amidst a season of multiple wins and numerous podiums Team Cycleworks p/b HDR continues to rack up and celebrate titles for the 2009 season. Mitch Askew (pictured above) is demonstrating exceptional form this year, winning the Category 2 Georgia State Criterium Championship in Macon, GA  on Saturday 06/13 as well as the State Time Trial Championship in his age group the previous weekend. In addition, Kitty Wickes continued to assert herself among women racers in Georgia by taking the State Criterium Championship in her category. Congratulations to Mitch and Kitty on their two State jerseys this year!!! And we all want to wish good luck to those traveling to Louisville, KY in the coming weeks to compete for Master Nationals Titles.

KITTY WICKES WINS WOMEN'S STATE ROAD RACE TITLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

From a field of highly motivated and well-trained women, Team Cycleworks p/b HDR's very own Kitty Wickes emerged to win the Women's Georgia State Road Race Championship on Saturday May 16th. Said Kitty after her win, "I am very lucky to have great people in my life (coaching, training, teammates) who want me to succeed.  The win for the State Championship couldn't have happened without them!  Thank you all!  And a special shout out to Eddie Sun for suggesting where I needed to start my sprint - it worked!"
